A clear workflow
How Pricewisp works
Keep track of public competitor listings by saving price and availability checks in one place. Start with a competitor name and a public product URL, then review the observations that accumulate for that product.
Public product information in. Saved observations and comparisons out.
The workflow
From public URL to saved check.
- 01
Add a product
Enter the competitor name and a public HTTP(S) product URL that you want to follow.
- 02
Save an observation
Pricewisp checks the public page and saves the resulting observation, including what was available to read and the outcome of the check.
- 03
Review the history
Open the product history or dashboard to review saved checks and compare an observation with the preceding saved check.
Saved output
See what was captured, and what was not.
Each saved check keeps the public source and the details available from that page at check time. Missing values remain missing; they are not estimates.
- Check details
- Captured price and currency when available, availability, check time, and source URL.
- Check outcome
- An outcome and reason when a page is unreadable, inaccessible, partial, invalid, quota-limited, or otherwise fails.
- Comparison
- A check can be first, changed, unchanged, or insufficient when compared with the preceding saved check.
Built for seller judgment
Start with the public listings you already want to understand.
Pricewisp uses public product information. Pricing decisions remain with the seller.
